Fire TV: Reduced image and text size on Now Playing

Why did you reduce the width of the "now playing" image. It is scrunched and hard to read. Please Fix it !

I'm having the same problem on Amazon fire TV.

I have written to you several times about the print on my tv screen being so tiny I can't see it. I have sent pictures. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Checked all Pandora and tv settings. Nothing has fixed it. I have read many other posts of people begging you to fix it. At this point I feel we should all be discounted for the service since it is not readable, why are we paying full price when it is flawed and apparently never going to be fixed?

  I have a Fire TV. The font in the now playing page is so tiny, you have to get super close to the screen to see it. It started yesterday....

EXACTLY the same problem here for a month or so. Nobody at PANDORA is listening. I don't know how many users / subscribers use FIRE TV 8.1.4.9 but it cannot be small.

No, it's huge. I really don't get it. Pandora has a good thing going but
when something goes wrong there is no customer service phone number to
call, you have to email, and then it takes awhile for a response. When they
do respond they say to send a picture of the issue. After having explained
it fully I know they don't need a picture of my TV screen. It's just a way
to buy them time to continue to do nothing. When I finally got a reply
beyond that it was to uninstall and reinstall, I did that, it did not fix.
Now I get no reply at all. So many are complaining of this issue, so it's
clearly a significant issue. And all we get is silence. If you ask me they
are digging their grave. I am starting to look for a replacement service. I
will also look for ways to leave reviews where I can to try to warn others.
And, as I said, here we are continuing to pay full price for a flawed
product. People have to realize that the consumer has all the power (if we,
as consumers, ban together). If we all leave then they can close up shop.
- and it could have all been avoided with good customer service.

Same.....Uninstalled it, then installed it again, BEFORE I Googled about
the problem....so, here I am. 💁‍♀️😂🤦‍♀️

MANY YEARS with Pandora....hard to part ways.

For a couple weeks now, the Pandora display has been distorted. It is very hard to read the "now playing" info. It is squished tall and skinny. Please fix this.

 Previously this screen would show both albums the same shape. It is very hard to read text.

Interesting - I see some signs of improvement in the "now playing" display. The album cover image is still distorted (tall and skinny), but in some instances the text is not "scrunched" - it appears normal. It is hit and miss, sometimes good, then all scrunched and hard to read.

Please keep working on it until both album cover and text is normal.  Thanks Much.

This display problem with Pandora on Fire TV has been going on at least 2 months. It seriously detracts from the quality of the listening experience. The album cover image is distorted. It should be square not rectangular. The font is compressed and very difficult to read. Many users have provided images for your analysis. If you will not fix it, I and many other long time subscribers will have to go to another music streaming service.

Pandora should be embarrassed by this failure to fix the display defect. I guess they just don't care?

Here are images of the mess.  I feel that it is an incompatibly between the 4k fire stick and the Pandora app which was not designed for high resolution graphics, the audio isn't even Dolby digital

 I'm old and can't see chit already.  My grandson bought this for me and the screen is almost 6 feet wide.  I sit 12 feet from it.  This is smaller than 45s hands...THATS SMALL!

...hundreds ...thousands of us pandora listeners have a problem which greatly detracts from our listening experience and Pandora does not seem to care???

Add another one to the Fire TV stick.  Cannot read it unless you're right next to the TV.
