No, it's huge. I really don't get it. Pandora has a good thing going but when something goes wrong there is no customer service phone number to call, you have to email, and then it takes awhile for a response. When they do respond they say to send a picture of the issue. After having explained it fully I know they don't need a picture of my TV screen. It's just a way to buy them time to continue to do nothing. When I finally got a reply beyond that it was to uninstall and reinstall, I did that, it did not fix. Now I get no reply at all. So many are complaining of this issue, so it's clearly a significant issue. And all we get is silence. If you ask me they are digging their grave. I am starting to look for a replacement service. I will also look for ways to leave reviews where I can to try to warn others. And, as I said, here we are continuing to pay full price for a flawed product. People have to realize that the consumer has all the power (if we, as consumers, ban together). If we all leave then they can close up shop. - and it could have all been avoided with good customer service.
