Sorry to hear you're running into trouble when listening through the HEOS App.
Has this recently started happening? As a first step, please try signing out of Pandora within the HEOS app and then signing back in. Then try Pandora once more.
Since HEOS is a third-party app, Pandora has limited visibility into how their platform functions. As a test, could you let me know if you have the same experience when listening directly from the Pandora app?
If the issue is isolated to HEOS, I would also recommend reaching out to HEOS support, as they may have additional troubleshooting steps that we may not be aware.
