Hi @dawnads @OmniLi @MyNewCamry @xolauren116xoThanks for posting to community. Welcome! 👋🏻

@dawnads and @MyNewCamry it looks as if someone from our User Support team was able to help you out.

@OmniLi and @xolauren116xo  I've removed all the devices associated with your Pandora account. This will automatically sign you out everywhere including any devices you currently have, so you will need to sign back in once this change takes effect. Please be patient as this may not happen instantaneously.

If you haven't already, I would recommend changing your password to something new and not easily guessed.

Click here to request a password reset and make sure to enter the email address associated with the Pandora account you'd like to access.

  • Next check the Inbox associated with that email address in order to continue through the password reset process.
  • If you don't see the message in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

If you continue to have trouble, let me know.

Can you please force sign me out of all of my devices, as I think someone is using my account who's not authorized too. Thank you.

Can you do this to my account too? I just reset my password, but I believe someone else is listening without my permission, and I am tired of getting kicked out of my own pandora.

Good evening Tanner Please do the same thing with my account.  I keep getting the "Someone else is listening" message and I have not idea who or what devices.  I've change my username and reset my password but I'm getting the same thing.

Please log every device out please.

Thanks,

Paco Wood
