I Chromecast my Pandora music to my Google Nest Hub. This worked fine until today.
Today, I upgraded my free account to a paid account. Chromecast immediately stopped working. Pandora starts on the Hub but it looks like it crashes or some such. My phone reports that the connection to the Hub was lost.
Maybe because my Pandora email is on hotmail.com, not on gmail.com? I do notice that Google Home never asked for my Pandora login so I don't see how the Hub could ever know it.
Other than downgrading back to the free account, is there a way to make this work?
I've tried linking/unlinking my Pandora account. I've reinstalled Pandora and Google Home. No luck.

To clarify, are you only experiencing this issue with Pandora?
Have you tried streaming other apps such as YouTube?
If not, please try launching the YouTube app and let me know if you experience similar issues there as well.

Good question and yes, YouTube and other apps continue to work fine. The problem is only with Pandora.
Does Chromecasting from a paid account work for you? I'm sure you have a fancy unlimited testing account but I mean using a regular paid account.
I have a friend with a paid account and they also couldn't Chromecast (he normally doesn't use Pandora for that). I have a different friend with a free account and he could Chromecast fine. I went to the second friend's house and I couldn't Chromecast on his device either while his free account could.
And as before, my account worked fine until I upgraded it to a paid account.
