Hello, Anyone have a solution on how can I resolve this issue? I’m told my account needs to be disassociated from the ONKYO receiver (?) TIA

Welcome to the community! Sorry to hear you’re running into trouble with your Onkyo device.
Could you let me know a bit more about what you’re experiencing? For example, does the music stop after a song ends, during playback, or does it not resume after an ad?
In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and removed your Onkyo device from your Pandora account. This can sometimes help refresh the connection, but it may take a few hours to fully take effect, so thanks for your patience.
When you have a moment, I’d also recommend power cycling your Onkyo by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes, then plugging it back in and trying again.
