Why does Pandora always have a problem when I ask it to play Paul Overstreet. It used to play it all the time

also, why is Pandora playing Christmas music in August when I ask for a channel

I’m sorry for the trouble, I know how frustrating it can be when Pandora doesn’t play what you’re asking for.

When you request Paul Overstreet, what exactly happens? For example, do you get an error message, a different artist, or something else? Also, could you share the exact voice command you’re using when making the request? 

As for the Christmas music, can you tell me if Pandora is creating a brand-new station when you make a request, or if it’s playing starting a station that already exists in your collection?
