I just bought the FitBit Sense. I have Pandora on the watch but can't connect it to my account. There is no where to log in on the account on the mobile app. Everything I find says "tap the ionic or versa" which I don't have. Then scroll down to media - which I don't have. The sense seems to be "tap my photo" scroll down to "apps" tap "Pandora" and then nothing.
My watch says there is an issue with the permission settings on Pandora on fitbit app. But again there is nothing here for me to change the settings.
Please help! 🙂

This!! Having the same problem. Pandora doesn't have an option to sign in. No permissions or setting. Which you can see under spotify
Hi @haveyroo and @Yourmissingdapo! Welcome to community!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble listening to Pandora on your Fitbit devices. I'm happy to pass this along to our engineering team for further investigation.
@haveyroo Keep in mind, our Pandora app for the Fitbit is designed to provide offline music while you're on the go. Since offline listening is only available to our Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium subscribers, you will need to have an active Pandora subscription to use this feature on your watch. The Pandora account that is connected to your community profile is currently not upgraded.
@Yourmissingdapo Can you let me know the Fitbit model that you're using? I'm happy to pass this along to our engineering team.
Can you also do me a favor and take a picture of what you see when you try to connect Pandora. You can attach that photo directly here in community. Thanks!
I am also having the same issue. A slight wrinkle in my situation is that I had it working on my Fitbit Sense, as recently as 3 weeks ago. I recently swapped out my Sense with a warranty replacement and now cannot log on to Pandora via the Fitbit app, the first step in syncing for offline usage. I appreciate any assistance.
Hi @jplunkett3! Welcome to community!
Is your replacement still a Sense model? Is the Pandora connection completely missing or is it unresponsive?
To confirm, have you adjusted any view settings on your Fitbit to enlarge text or view?
Can you share a picture of what you see when you try to connect to your Fitbit. You can include that picture here in community.
Thanks for the help!
Thank you for a quick reply.
Yes, my replacement is another Fitbit Sense. No, I have not adjusted any settings to enlarge text or view. Below is what I see when I am trying to connect the Fitbit (via Fitbit mobile app) to Pandora to sync music
It appears that it is not able to authenticate to Pandora
Thanks for the follow up @jplunkett3!
This is very helpful. I've passed this along to our engineering team to further investigate. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
I am having that very same problem. I just got this Fitbit Sense yesterday and I cant seem to get hooked up to my pandora either. all I see is a loading page for pandora which looks like it wants to work but just sits there and loads and loads and loads. id like to see if there is an issue on the Pandora app side of things or if this will get fixed soon! Thanks
Hi @Mercedes201! Thanks for posting - sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue.
I've passed along your experience and device info to our engineering team who is investigating this issue.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
I am having the same issue and fitbit tech support was less than helpful. I too had to get a replacement Fitbit Sense and it will not authenticate. They claimed it was because I was logged on on my phone. I logged out and still not a thing. I believe this is a fitbit issue, since it never happened with my previous device.
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
I just purchased a sense yesterday to replace the one that crashed and burned on me. I am having this same issue. The app will not log into pandora. Just keeps churning on the screen. Had no proble with my old one.
I am having the same problem. Never had any issues using Pandora on my Ionic. Haven't been able to run for awhile so never set it up on my Sense. Tried to set it up today to go for a run and getting the same issue. Came here to see what I might be doing wrong but now seeing that everyone is having the same issue. Guess I won't be listening to music on my run this afternoon! Very disappointed, this is the reason I bought this and paid for the Pandora subscription. I don't like to carry my phone. 😞
I am convinced it is a fitbit problem and not pandora. I had to drag out my old phone holder for jogging, Boo 👎 It's like the 90s!
Hi all! Thanks for posting your experiences on community.
I've passed along your info. Our engineering team has reached out to Fitbit to further investigate. Keep an eye out here for any updates, we'll post them as they are made available to us.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
Same issue here.
I just found out from another forum, it is a pandora issue. They don't have a stand alone app. I got a Samsung watch an the same issue. I canceled pandora and got Spotify, no problems, they have a stand alone app.
I've been trying to get my pandora setup on a fitbit versa 3, unfortunately when I go to the login screen on the fitbit app it will accept my user and password but it just keeps trying to connect or something. Idk what the right phrase is but the loading animation just goes on forever, I've tried to connect both while offline and when I got the watch to a place where wifi is available and still no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
@Poortedo I moved your post over to this existing thread: FitBit - Unable to connect to Pandora
Your feedback has now been added to the ticket we have open with the engineers who are looking into this.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
Same issue on versa 3. After trying to login through the Fitbit app it just spins. If I enter the wrong username or password it returns a correct error as expected. The correct user/pass results in spinning
