Pandora on Roku keeps wanting me to log in every time I start the app. When I try to use the code to log in I get an error page that says, "Server Error. We're sorry, but there has been an unexpected error with our server. Please try again, or visit the Pandora Home Page." When I use email and password, sometimes it works, sometimes not. This has only recently started happening. We've been listening to Pandora on Roku for years.
Thanks.

Hi @SomeoneElse and @Azor
Thanks for posting your experiences. I've passed along your info to our engineering team who is investigating.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
Hi @Azor thanks for following up. Doesn't look like your attachment made it through. Could you try again?
Tanner
Tried your instructions and got a server error message and to try back later
this is the message:
Server Error
We're sorry, there has been an unexpected error with our server.
Please try again, or visit the "Pandora Home Page"

Thanks for trying @jochumr. Sorry to hear it didn't work. I've updated our ticket to note that you've tried these steps and are still unable to login, instead receiving an "unexpected error with our server" message.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
@Azor Unfortunately, it doesn't look like your attachment came through.

After Roku code and login After many attempts here is what I was able to do getting a picture on here.
Image snapshot above. Everyone is getting the same error. Issue far from being resolved and I don't see much effort in addressing. You praying that it will just go away?
The link that shows up as the URL for the image/snapshot above is:

Exactly my experience.
Months later, I'm still having this exact same issue (posted earlier in this thread).
Respectfully, this appears to be a Pandora issue, given the amount of users having the same issue.
Can engineering provide a timeline for remediation?
Thanks!
That is correct so now what?
Did as you suggested, the error code was "Try again with valid activation code"
Did it twice just incase .. same results.
Thanks for reaching out @jochumr. Unfortunately, there are no updates at this time. I know our engineering team is working with Roku to resolve this issue but I don't have additional information on a timeline as to when you can expect to see a fix released.
Thanks for your continued patience.
I have had the same or similar problem since June 2022. Roku works on my computer and android devices, but not on my Roku devices, a 4630X and a 3820X. I only listen to Pandora on my Roku. My error message is exactly: "Unable to automatically sign in. Roku failed to provide required account information. Please log in using email and password." I put in a request to Pandora support and Roku support. They each blame the other company. I had no problem listening to Pandora on Roku prior to May, 2022. So one or both companies made systemUnable to sign in changes at that time. I've had my Pandora account for years and now I'm paying for a service that doesn't work and I can't talk to Pandora support. Frustrating!!
Hello @TannerPandora - it's been many months with this issue. Literally, hundreds of hours of streaming thru Pandora have been lost due to the "We're sorry, there has been an unexpected error with our server".
I don't suppose there is any ETA for remediation?
Thanks!
It's been 3 month now with no solve for my issue. I've been a subscriber for many years and still cannot use my home TV to stream Pandora. Why should I stay and not switch to Spotify? Their app works just fine.
