Roku/TCL TV - Error message: Unexpected Error

NavForce
Underground

The past few months, I keep getting "unexpected error" when trying to play Pandora on my TV.  It works on all other devices, but not the TCL TV.  At times, it will be playing just fine, and suddenly stop with the error.  Sometimes, rebooting the TV will allow it to play.  Most times it does not.  I've deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck.

Anything I can do?

Hi @NavForce!

To confirm, the Pandora app is located on your TV and not on a separate device connected to the TV?

Do you receive the "unexpected error" message when launching the Pandora app or after you've started playing? Can you log into the app before the message appears?

Thanks for the help.

Pandora is a resident APP on my TCL Roku TV.   Every so often, it will work.  Most times, I get the "Unexpected Error" when the app is booting up. It never gets a change to let me make changes.  I've tried the app on my 2 other independent Roku devices, and Pandora works fine on those.
