Roku: Unable to open app

I have Roku tv. Been using Pandora for years. I have a Pandora subscription. Now unable to open the app

@MarquetteDiana Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

1. When you try and open the app, does it immediately close and you are brought back to your TVs home screen?
2. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
3. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
