Samsung TV - Error message

For the last few months whenever I try to open the Pandora app on my TV it doesn't work. The only time I can get it to work is to constantly reinstall it but the moment I close the app and go back in I get an error. I am not having this issue with any other app on my tv.

Can you tell me a little more about your experience?

• The model and year of your Samsung TV?
• Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
• What kind of error message do you receive? Are you able to take a picture of the error?
• Does the Pandora app appear to load on the screen?
• If the app loads, does it stay open or closes?
• If the app loads, does music appear to play but no sound?
