Sonos: Songs repeat after playing

Can you tell me more about your experience? 

• Are you controlling playback on your Sonos through the Pandora app or through the Sonos app?
• When songs repeat, does it happen immediately, or do a few songs play, then the same song comes on again?
• Are you listening to a station, playlist or an album?
• Does this happen before or after an advertisement?
