TV: Playback stops instead of transitioning to Autoplay

I travel for work and am in hotels all the time. This is the first time I’m having this issue with autoplay. When I connect to Pandora on the Samsung TV, I have to manually press play on each song. I’ve tried to log in and out multiple times and I also checked to make sure my settings were set to auto play but I’m still having this issue. Are there any other troubleshooting steps to complete?

Could you tell me more about your experience. For example, did you search for a track to play and then the playback stops or did this happen after listening to a playlist or album?

Did you have the same experience on another device like mobile or web on the same network?
