TV: Songs Repeat After Playing

I have been having this issue as well, today, while listening through my smart tv. A single song played 9 times in a row, even when I skipped and thumbs-downed it.

Could you share a bit more about how you're listening when this happens?

• What is the make and model of your TV device?
• Which internet / cable service provider do you use?
• Have any error messages popped up? If so, what exactly does it say?

It happens to me on ALL devices Fire TV, iPhone, iPad and on my PC. It's quite frustrating when you hear repeated "songssss" over long periods of listening.
