Unable to play on google nest speaker

I have 2 nest speakers that will not play my Pandora thumbprint station as they always worked before.  This was also happening to my Sirius account but now works.   What is wrong and how can this be fixed?

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Thumbprint Radio on your Nest speakers.

I'd like to gather a few more details so we can better understand what's happening.

When you ask your Nest speaker to play your Thumbprint Radio, what happens?

• Does it not respond or play anything at all?
• Does Google confirm your request, but then nothing starts playing?
• Does Google confirm the request, but play something different instead?

Also, could you let me know the exact voice command you're using? For example, are you saying something like, "Hey Google, play my Thumbprint Radio on Pandora"?

One other question: are you using Google Assistant or Google Gemini on your Nest speakers? At this time, Pandora doesn't support voice requests through Google Gemini, so if you're using Gemini, please try switching to Google Assistant and let us know if the same thing happens.

Finally, it would be helpful to verify exactly what Google heard. You can review your voice command history by checking My Google Activity:

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap your profile picture (or initial) in the top-right corner.
3. Select Assistant settings.
4. Scroll down and tap My Activity.
