Ad Feedback: Music doesn't resume after ad plays

This just happening on my Apple MacBook. It goes to an advertisement, I don't hear or see anything but a black square reading ADVERTISEMENT. The music never returns and this goes on well over 15 minutes.

the ads don't actually play, I just get the black box & silence, for as long as I'll let it sit there.

I clicked play, got another song, and now this, again. it's now 11:33 am. Again, it's 11/19, and I'm still (trying) to listen to Gin Blossoms Radio.
