To indicate that if we don't like to hear hateful ads, we can turn them off by giving you money, is deeply missing the point. The point is that you are allowing your platform to spread disgusting, racist, discriminatory misinformation. I already am a subscriber and have been for years. I haven't had to listen to these ads, but I'm not going to continue giving my money to a company that endorses fascism. This isn't a "both sides" kind of issue. You've lost me, and as word gets out, you're going to lose more of us too.

I just logged in and saw that I had earned a special badge--20 years of Pandora. That's hard to even believe but it's been the engine for so many fun days and nights, grilling and partying and enjoying my favorite music. 

I don't care. Today, I learned that you're allowing paid advertisements from ICE. ICE is evil. My account is toast as soon as I finish posting this and take the steps I need to close out.

May Cancel My Pandora after 20 years of Loyalty for ICE and DHS ads

I cant believe im in this position but I am now seriously considering cancelling my Pandora subscription because they're running ICE and DHS gestapo ads. 

This is a hard decision but I need to see Pandora respond CORRECTLY and REMOVE AND DENY all ads and future deals with ANY Trump admin branch whatsoever. This isn't a joke, I'm not playing around with fascists.

I will not apologize for having principals, and I will not humor the weakness of others let alone to their profit. The objectively wrong capitalist simpery is not something I will be part of, even if I love the product.

Do the right thing. Remove the ads, Pandora, all of them, forever, and apologize for the mistake too. If they're running still when the traitor leaves office for whatever reason, I will cancel my Pandora subscription and simply pirate music from now on.

What is your position on ICE ads? Are you going to continue to run them?

Yes or no will be sufficient- no need for any attempted justification or suggestion that I can upgrade to avoid ads. Simply curious if you are going to continue to take ad dollars from an organization that is kidnapping American citizens.

Agree with the above. Heard the first ICE recruitment ad, and was very disappointed in Pandora. I will not upgrade to premium just so I don't have to hear ads. Pandora should not promote government issues-period. Whichever side it's for. Please do not cave to this administration and allow them to takeover our media with propaganda.

I joined 15 years ago, and my favorite stations used to be the ones that didn’t play ICE recruitment ads. ICE has repeatedly violated Americans 4th amendment protections by keeping detainees in jail past their release dates, countless warrantless arrests with zero probable cause, and literally shooting peaceful protestors in the face with grenade launchers. Idk what they’re paying you but you’re on the wrong side of history.

I have learned that Pandora is airing ads for ICE recruitment, and therefore I am ending my long-time subscription because I can no longer support a company that accepts money from an administration so entirely bent on dismantling our democracy.

Shame on you, Pandora.  Please change your ways -- if you so, I would strongly consider resubscribing, as would many others.

Came here to cancel my subscription, and find a new music app. 

I don't even have ads. I'm a premium user, almost 20 years now, so I literally don't see/hear... 

But that's a HUGE F0KING problem. Get your racist @SS BS outta here. You disgust me, Pandora and Sirius, and Spotify. Gross. 

What's unfortunate is that Pandora is owned by Sirius. Everyone just needs to quit playing BS ads. It's gross. And inhumane. **ahem** hate this country.
