Can someone tell me why the adds are like always after a song. Like it's after every song??? And no hate on Pandora bc I literally hear the best music in my life on that app. But still, are the adds really necessary?

Ads help bring in revenue. not after every song though.

Thanks for writing and for the feedback on our ads. There's a natural tension between valuable ad space and the listening experience. Our objective is to do our best to balance these. It's something that we'll be working at for a long time to come.
 
While we try not to play too many ads, there are a couple things you might want to keep in mind. You will see an ad after you skip a track or you change stations. So if you find yourself skipping a lot of tracks (by using the Thumbs down, Fast Forward or "I'm tired of this track" options) you may be experiencing more ads than intended. If you'd like some station tuning tips, this page should help. 

We work very hard to deliver the best music discovery experience and hope you will continue to listen and enjoy Pandora.
