Adjust Subscription on Web

I signed up in the app and tried to cancel many times before by subscription came due.  However the app said use the web site which I had not used before and would obviously take additional effort to figure out.  Is this legal?  Honestly it feels a bit like a scam website where you have to call in to cancel.  Why not make it easy?!?

bhibb at Pandora web site, click on your user profile icon. Click on my settings, under subscriptions click on close account. When bold blue box shows close account, click on it. Hope this helps. Take care and stay safe.
