I can not cancel my trial subsription.  I do not have an option and I have been charged!

I am having the same issue. I can’t find the ‘switch subscription’ that everything says to click to cancel the plus trial. What do I do to cancel??? I’ve been trying to figure this out for days to avoid any fees.

From what I can see, your account has already reverted back to the free service.

Did you figure out how to cancel? I can't find anything in my subscriptions for me to change back to the free one.

@BigDaddyRay It looks like the Pandora account is currently upgraded through Google Play.

Check out this thread for instructions on how to cancel the subscription through their service: Manage subscription: Google Play

@gbodi2015 It looks like your account is upgraded through Roku. 

To manage your subscription:

  1. Go to My Roku.
  2. Select Unsubscribe next to Pandora.

If you have any trouble with these steps, please contact the Roku support team.

You can get in touch with them from the Roku Support page, or by phone at: (816) 272-8106.
