I was just charged 109.89 from PANDORA*INTERNE PDORA.com/BILCA. This was an unauthorized charge. I’m concerned with all of these posts that something bigger is happening here. I will be contacting my bank and making sure these fraudulent charges are reversed. I may cancel my subscription after this. I’m very disappointed...

Looks like your annual Premium subscription automatically renewed recently. Our system does send an automated message to the email address we have on file in order to remind you of your upcoming annual renewal date. Unfortunately, these can sometimes end up in Spam or Junk folders.

LAST August 2019 I paid for a yearly sibscrition on my works pandora account using my personal card, and my boss later reimbursed me for the amount. I was unaware that my card would be charge automatically again when the year ended. I do not use that pandora anymore as I do not work at that location, and my card was charged $119 for the account. Because I dont have access to this account, I did not get a notification asking me if I wanted to resubscribe. I have reached out to pandora support twice now begging for a refund as I cannot afford this $119 charge for a pandora account i have no access too, and i have gotten nothing in response. Is there a phone number to an actual person with pandora I can talk to, or can somebody here help me get a refund?

If you cancel your subscription through our website, your account will immediately end on your next billing date, and your account will revert back to the free service.
If you would like to cancel your subscription immediately, let me know and I can help get you in touch with our support team.
My father passed away and paid for Pandora a year in advance. The system isn't letting me cancel and get a refund please help

I have cancelled my Premium Family since we did not like it (couldn't have 2 people listening at the same time) - I expected a refund, especially since there is a 3 month trial and we have had it for less than a week. I want to go back to my lower package to eliminate ads but it won't let me do anything. It says I will have premium family until 2022 which I don't want. How do i fix this? It is infuriating that you can't talk to a person to get this fixed.
