Hi, while i was running I accidently subscribed for an annual subscription. I got billed an freaked, any chance I could get a refund? I've already canceled the subscription, can I get a full refund? Thanks
Hello, we recently switched from Spotify to Pandora to which we have paid one year for the subscription. We no longer need the subscription and would like to cancel, now that being said will any other remaining months that I won't be using is be refunded back?
My account expired today and I went ahead and unsubscribed today. but I have been charged my annual fee and my account says that it won't expire until 2022. I want to receive a refund. I have requested cancellation on the day my account renews. There does not seem to be any viable way to email anybody at this organization. When I try to access customer service where I am supposed to be able to email, a big blue square opens on my screen and there is nowhere to email anyone. Bad system unless you are avoiding customers.
