Hi! paid in full for 1 yr premium in July of 2019. Needing to cancel, will i get a refund back for unsubscribe months Thanks

I tried to cancel the automatic subscription and it did not work. I was renewed in Jan. and still would like to stop the auto feature. If I cancel my subscription now do I lose the rest of the year that I paid for or do I get a refund for it?

I accidentally paid for a year of plus and I usually only do one month here and there of pandora plus, but I mainly just use the free service. I've only been signed up for a couple days and I just realized it and cancelled, could I get a refund for the year?

I already contacted customer support to cancel my subscription and to get my money refunded but I have not received any reply yet!! My account is annual renewal and I did not want to renew

I would like a refund on my subscription that renewed itself yesterday. I no longer use this service and attempted to cancel this subscription a year ago only to have it renew again this year. This time I would like a refund rather than being told that the service would run out and not renew itself. Please contact me ASAP as this money during a Corona filled time is very important for my bills and living expenses. I look forward to hearing from you soon- you can credit the account you charged. Thank you very much.

Cancelled my annual subscription right after being charged. Not interested in a year of subscription after cancelling, just want a refund. Can't find any way to go about it easily. Just keep getting the runaround on the Q&A forum.

I want to change my account to free.  I was charged $58.00 and really do not have the extra money to spend right now on listening to paid radio.  I could only change it to Pandora Plus, which I believe is still a charge.   How do I change it to free and get my money put back into my checking account?

I have been on here and my Paypal account trying to figure out how to get a refund.

I was on auto renewal (charged today), but you would think during these devastating times Pandora would have a little grace when it comes to auto renewals.  These are the hardest days of my life living day to day in this new world.  I have been trying for over 90 minutes to figure out a way to get a confirmation that my request is or has been submitted.  It just sends you round and round to pages that do not submit to anyone.  Just read these same questions over and over with the same dead end links.   So very disappointed I  have enjoyed Pandora for many years, but never thought they were so deceitful and hard to reach in times of need.  I get it is a business, but really these are people trying to survive.  Why make it so difficult to give people one less thing to worry about.  Lost my respect!!

Currently, the only way to immediately cancel your annual subscription and to request a refund is to contact our support team directly by sending a message through our help page.

In the meantime, I've gone ahead and escalated this to our support staff. They will be contacting you via the email associated with your Pandora account.
