I tried to cancel the automatic subscription and it did not work. I was renewed in Jan. and still would like to stop the auto feature. If I cancel my subscription now do I lose the rest of the year that I paid for or do I get a refund for it?
I accidentally paid for a year of plus and I usually only do one month here and there of pandora plus, but I mainly just use the free service. I've only been signed up for a couple days and I just realized it and cancelled, could I get a refund for the year?
I would like a refund on my subscription that renewed itself yesterday. I no longer use this service and attempted to cancel this subscription a year ago only to have it renew again this year. This time I would like a refund rather than being told that the service would run out and not renew itself. Cancelled my annual subscription right after being charged. Not interested in a year of subscription after cancelling, just want a refund. Can't find any way to go about it easily. Just keep getting the runaround on the Q&A forum.
