I want to cancel our account and get a refund. This account is used by a nonprofit and the employee who created it left without passing on the account information.
@LauraSueThomas1 Nice to see you around the community. 👋🏽
Depending on how their account was upgraded, you should be able to find the correct instructions to cancel their subscription on the Managing your subscription thread.
Our support team can also help if you run into any issues with that if you submit a message through our help page.
With that being said, I will go ahead and have someone from support reach out to you separately via email to help make sure this gets taken care of.
Please keep an eye out for their message. 📬
@nichols I moved your post to this thread to keep the community organized.
Our support team mentioned they were able to help with this over chat earlier today.
If you need additional assistance, please reply back directly to the chat transcript that was emailed to you.
Hope we continue to see you around the community! 😎
I am trying to cancel a subscription that I bought for my disabled brother who passed away 4 years ago. Each year I attempt to get help but there is no human to talk to or do I remember his account information to sign in to cancel this. I am very frustrated and don't have time to keep trying to figure this out. I have spent hours on it this morning. Can someone please help me?

In January of 2019, I was dating a woman and for her birthday I decided to get her a Pandora subscription. So I used her phone, and on her Pandora account I entered my credit card number in so it would charge me, since it was a gift.
Well we've since ended that relationship and I am still being charged each month. I've asked her to cancel my card on her account and was just ignored (it wasn't a good breakup obviously). So I have no cooperation from her in regards to this.
I thought getting a new credit card would do the trick but my credit card company evidently updates recurring subscriptions with the new numbers when you get a new card. I've talked to them and am told I have to cancel the service with Pandora.
The problem is, it's her Pandora account, not mine, so when I try to get my credit card info removed from her account, I can't get anywhere because I don't have enough info (last time I tried I didn't know a correct zip code from where she lived when she opened her Pandora account).
There has to be a way to fix this problem, does anyone here have a solution?
I'm getting to the point where I think canceling my credit card will be the only way to stop it, which I do not want to do.
Thanks for any help!
Hi. This account was set up for a team work account. Since we have been out of the office since March, no one has used this account and amidst all the COVID19 craziness we forgot to cancel. Our team's budget has been reduced to $0 for the remainder of the year. I canceled our subscription, but we were already charged. Is there anyway to receive a refund for the month we were charged? Happy to rejoin the Pandora community once our budget is back to normal.
Hello! I have tried reaching out through email. However no reply just yet. I was hoping to get my refund, I do not use Pandora enough to want to continue the subscription from my 90 day free trial and I forgot to cancel before money was withdrawn from my account. Thank you!
Thanks for posting.
