Cancel subscription, not sure where I'm being billed from

I am trying to cancel my subcription but I can not find the right arae to do so. Could you please help me cancel for now. Thank you

Hi @mnartha Thanks for posting to community! 

The email that was used to sign up for Community is not currently upgraded to a paid subscription. Is it possible that you upgraded with a different email?

I've gone ahead and contacted our support team. They will be reaching out to you via the email associated with your community account to further assist with this. Please be on the look out for an email from them.
