@polvinen I'm showing the Pandora account connected to your community profile is set up with the free service - it shows no history of being upgraded.
To clarify, are you currently paying for a subscription on an account registered under a different email address?
If so, you will need to contact our support team directly for further assistance with this here.
Just make sure to provide the email address associated with your upgraded account when filling out the contact form.

@Kr2shop Unfortunately, I don't have access to the Apple billing system, so I'm not able to tell whether you successfully disabled auto renewal. The best thing to do would be to revisit your Apple subscription page to check. You can view Apple's see or cancel your subscription steps for more info.
Alternatively, you could contact the Apple support team directly, and let them know that you'd like to verify that you have canceled the auto renewal on your subscription.
