I'm trying to cancel our annual Pandora Plus subscription that is direct billed. We need to switch to a business plan. I followed the instructions but clicking on Cancel didn't do anything - didn't give an error message or bring up the password signin for confirmation. Please advise what I need to do. Thanks.
