My card was stolen so my automatic renewal for Pandora premium did not get paid. I have tried multiple times to get my Pandora premium back but your app is not working properly. Your customer service agents or bots are refusing to properly address my problem and dismissing my multiple requests for almost a week. I've been charged for premium once and twice for Pandora Plus, and I'm still getting advertisements. How do I get this corrected?
