I have made a few attempts to invite my son to join my Family Premium Plan. It showed the Invite. After he accepted, and set up the account, the status changed from Pending to Active but with a different email address - an Old Email - that he no longer has access to. His account needs to be disconnected from the old email.
Also, his profile shows that he is in my Family Plan, but he's still getting ads. He saw the option to Upgrade, but that said he already has a membership. As far as he knows, he has taken all necessary steps to cancel any previous memberships.
