I recently sent an invite to a family member which they accepted and they’re still getting ads on their end. They logged out and signed back in but still getting the ads. What are we doing wrong?

Sorry to hear this is happening. It sounds like your family member accepted the invite but their account is still showing ads, which definitely isn’t expected behavior.

I’ve gone ahead and added both members to your account from our side. Ask them to restart the app or refresh their browser so the update comes through. 

As the primary account holder you will select Manage Family to view and make any changes to your family plan.

  • From your computer: You'll need to make sure you're logged into your Pandora account and go to your subscription details page.

  • From your mobile device: Go to the Pandora website. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left. Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted)

If they’re still running into ads after that, I can escalate your issue to our team via email for further help.
