Gift subscription accidentally redeemed

Hi, I have a similar issue.  I bought a pandora plus gift subscription for a friend and she had trouble redeeming it.  When I went to pull up the gift card it redeemed on my account since it was logged in.  I already have a pandora plus subscription so I’m confused.  Please help!
