Hearing ads on paid account

My account was ad/advertisement free, this is what I paid for, no ads or commercials just music, if I wanted to listen to big pharma ads/commercials I would have just turned on free radio in my location, I'm not effening paying more and then this switch bait **ahem** happens again for ads, get this fixed or I'll switch bait this account and cancel it, I'm sure I'm not the only one with this same complaint so fix it or loose more money/customers.

Any idea what kind of time frame, weeks, months....what? Please don't tell me this is free, it is NOT, my credit card has been billed for 11 years, if its free refund all my money from the last 11 years, thank you.
