I am the caregiver to a disabled person. They do not use the service Pandora and have been charged for this service. Please let me know how to cancel the service.

It's basically impossible to cancel anything. I am being double billed and cannot cancel the one being charged to my credit card. Their cancel instructions is joke, fo to subscriptions then switch accounts. Guess there is NO SWITCH accounts ICON or function on that screen.

This being said, it does sound like you are getting charged twice a month.

@JMB15 It looks like the subscription on your account is set to expire on 2022-03-24 - on that day your account will automatically revert to the free servcie.
No further action is needed on your end.
