How to upgrade with multiple gift cards?

signed up last night with gift card for individual plan.  Had too much money on gift card but not enough for family plan.  How can I add a second gift card to my account AND change my plan to a family plan?  Pandora is so user UNFRIENDLY, makes me want to try Spotify, Apple or something else.  Please HELP ASAP.
