Im trying to follow the instructions but it doesnt help and I just cant cancel my subscription. Please help me to cancel it.
@Jkstyle71 I do see your subscription is upgraded through Google Play.
As long as you are signed into the same Google Play account on your device that was used to purchase the subscription, you should be able to cancel with these instructions: Manage subscription: Google Play
In the meantime, I have also created a ticket with our support team for you.
They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.
