Limit on Pandora Premium sessions

I often use premium listening sessions on my phone, but recently I found that there was a limit to it. What exactly is this limit, and is it on a monthly basis or total listening hours?

Because of that, we're actively testing the length of these sessions to provide the best listening experience for everyone. As a result, the average length and availability of your complimentary session may fluctuate.

Due to licensing restrictions, we have to limit the number of Premium Access sessions per person.

If you're hitting a limit, it means you've used quite a few of these sessions lately. We're so glad you're enjoying the extra functionality.

I know that limits like this can be frustrating, so I'll definitely pass along your feedback.

I don’t have a subscription of any kind, so I often search song and watch ads to listen to them. More recently I have been getting an issue where a song just won’t play, and any other song I click won’t play either. I can still listen to stations just fine. After my 30 minutes of Premium run out and I watch another ad, the songs will play. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

I’ve been using Pandora for a few years now, and recently I have been getting a pop-up when I try to watch and ad to listen to a song that says I’ve hit a temporary limit. It came up yesterday as well. Is this normal? Here’s a picture of what comes up

I know that limits like this can be frustrating, so I'll definitely pass along your feedback.

In the meantime, you can see if you're eligible for longer trials or upgrade to Pandora Premium by visiting pandora.com/upgrade. (I'd recommend doing that from a computer rather than a mobile device, if you have the option.)

This still doesn't help my situation. I can't upgrade I can't do anything. Is there anything Pandora can do for me? I need to get into my playlist

I love the free 15-minute trial, but This should be feedback directly to Pandora: I would like it if we could watch another ad and continue the music that we were listing to, like Spotify.

@Lynn242ashley Unfortunately, you will need to give it some time before you can begin initiating additional free sessions of Pandora Premium.

You can also sign up for an extended free trial to Pandora Premium as it does appear your account is eligible for one.

When that expires, the card you have on file with us will automatically be charged. Or if you prefer, you can disable auto-renewal at any time.

If you're ready to give it a try, you can upgrade here.

Please note that once you've upgraded through our website you will need to manage your subscription from a computer.

Same thing happened to me. When will the temporary limit be lifted? I have been listening a ton because I have been very bored during quarantine.

My temporary limit has been up for almost a week. Its getting annoying because I listen to music on there alot.

my pandora account has had the temporary limit for a week now. the temporary limit comes on my screen frequently and i normally wait until it goes away. this is very long and i am wondering if it is a glitch. is there any way to fix it.

I'm sorry about the limit as I know this can be frustrating.

The number of Premium Access sessions per person is limited due to licensing restrictions.  In the meantime, you can see if you're eligible for longer trials or upgrade to Pandora Premium by visiting pandora.com/upgrade

I subscribed to pandora plus a couple hours ago and still cant listen to anything because it says i am temporarily out of sessions? How do i fix this?
