I dont have a computer to cancel my subscription with and that wasnt made clear to me when i signef up with my phone. I want my subscription cancelled and my card not charged.. I dont know what type of scam you people are running but i will contact some kind of consumer watch group and report you if you dont fix this and take all chatges off my card.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble managing your subscription options.

@Squirrel is correct - if you upgrade within the Pandora app using a mobile device, you're upgrading through the App Store (Apple or the Google Play Store) on that device.

If you upgrade using the Pandora website (not within the app on your device), you're upgrading directly through Pandora. Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your subscription from a mobile device when upgraded directly through our billing system.

Managing your Subscription through Google Play:

I checked in with our User Support team and it looks like you're upgraded through Google Play.

If you purchased your subscription from the Google Play Store, use the following steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
  2. Under Subscriptions find Pandora.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription then follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

You can also get in touch with the Google Play support team directly.

It does state clearly that it is a trial subscription and that it renews which means that either was on iOS or Android it uses your phones payment method when doing so and all you have to do is go into your App Store and go to subscriptions part and cancel from there

I'm having the same issue with same results.  There is no Cancel Subscription under Subscription or Settings.  Has anyone out there been able to cancel their account?

Dear Pandora, I have been on my computer for an hour trying to cancel my subscription. PLEASE help me do that. I dont want a refund, but i am not using the service. H

I've tried everything to cancel my subscription or get ahold of someone to help me cancel it to no avail. Your customer service is very poor. According to other users you have to post here to receive an email from the tech team to cancel. Please cancel my account as I Do not want to be billed again on October 31st. when trying to cancel before that billing cycle. If I see a charge to my account I will want to be reimbursed. You really need to fix your customer support system.

I have an old email that is connected to a premium account here. That email is no longer active or accessible by me, so I cannot access the pandora account. Is there any way one of you can help me out here by changing the email on the old account to a new one, or cancelling the subscription altogether?

Hi @LydiaNelson looks like the account is upgraded through Google Play. You should be able to cancel the trial through Google Play with the steps linked here

There is no button to cancel subscription. Its always a maze of links and different apps that supposedly show you how but you still cant cancel
