Missed notification for Auto-renew on subscription

I did not see a notification that auto-renew was occurring, but did not want to continue my annual subscription.  I was set to end 02/16/2025, but I was then charged on 02/17/2025, extending it until 2026.

I have cancelled my subscription to make sure this doesn't happen again, but I would like help being refunded for the auto-renewal that just went through
