Missing Premium subscription

Hey so I had started the Premium account with the month free trail I got logged out somehow and when I logged  back in it reverted to the free version of Pandora I'm wondering what happened? And if It will still pull money from my account without me  being able to access it?

Hi @Aidan thanks for posting to community.

I checked the account that is associated with your community profile and it sounds like you have more than one Pandora account.

This account has not been upgraded in the past and digging a little deeper it looks like the last station created was in 2017.

Is it possible you created another account with a different email address and upgraded?
