Multiple Charges

I was charged $10.91 on Dec 9 twelve times.  I just received a gmail email saying I have been charged $10.91 this evening.  That is $141.83 drafted out of my bank account.  I need to be contacted immediately to 

1.  Get this fixed and credited back into my account

2.  Find out what is going on as Paypal told me to contact you first befire filing with them
