I've been trying to cancel my subscription for days, it doesnt even show my subscription in my google play subs even though im set to be billed for it tomorrow, why do they not have a way to contact their customer support?

I need to cancel my trial before the billing date and I have followed the instructions to go to Google play etc., but no cancellation option appears.
@wmsoul_o My guess is your subscription was purchased under a different Google Play account than the one you are currently logged in with on your device.

I have been wanting to cancel my pandora plus subscription but it keeps redirecting me to my google play account, which does not have pandora under it's subscriptions. I have only had one google play account in my life and one pandora account which share the same email and card info. Why did yall make it so complicated before you could just unsubscribe from the actual app. This is really exasperating.

Can someone please reach out to me as well. I was unable to locate where I send an e-mail, but I am having the same issue. I cancelled my Google Play Pandora subscription a month ago and the expiration date was May 13th. When I go into Google Play now, it no longer shows the subscription. I cancelled my premium subscription to get the Family Plan. When I try to upgrade to the family plan, it keeps telling me I have a subscription and even on the Pandora website it is showing that I have subscription with Google (which I don't). This is the only account I have and the only Google Play account I have is what I used to originally purchase my subscription. I need help to get over this hurdle and finally get the family plan. Thanks!

I'm unhappy with Pandora premium and want to go back to Pandora plus which I loved but all the instructions I found said that I have to manage it through subscriptions in Google play but every single time I go to subscriptions in Google play it takes me to a fresh screen and nothing happens. I go to the Pandora app page where it says manage subscriptions and I go to that and it just brings me to a blank generic manage subscriptions page for everything and I click on Pandora and it just brings me back to the same thing. Any help is appreciated

So I'm cancelling because nothing works anymore. I try to play pandora on my tv, phone, etc... and it simply doesnt work. according to pandora im being billed through the google play store. i go to my google play store account and there are no subsciptions or charges and yet on my bank statement it says $4.99 charge from google/pandora. Ive reached out via email and pandoras little help chat box thing and have yet to receive a reply. Any ideas of where to go from here?

It looks like our support team was able to respond to your initial message earlier this morning.
If you aren't seeing that message you may want to check your junk/spam folder to make sure their messages aren't getting filtered out.

Haven't used pandora in months and continue to get billed for it. It doesn't show in my Google play subs even though I'm signed in the right account.
