I have been a member for more than 20 years but I am giving up because have to reject a 1 out of every 3 or 4 songs you play on reliable stations I have created over the past 20 years. I have never before been barraged with so many totally mismatched selections. What a nuisance. I cant enjoy listening. Why am I wasting my time and money on Pandora. Please cancel my membership immediately.

I want to cancel my subscription but there is no option to do so. The instructions you give are inaccurate and none of the pages it tells me to go to exist. You do not have permission to keep billing my credit card.
