@fjc85546 I checked in with our support team, and it doesn't appear the Pandora account you are writing in from (the one also connected to your community profile) has ever been upgraded.
Is it possible your upgraded account is registered under a different email address?
If so, try signing out of Pandora, and signing back in using the email address associated with your upgraded account.
