Offline mode not working with no connection

I have Pandora premium. It usually works when I have little to no connection it works off-line. But the last day or so it has not been working is there anything I can do?

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Are you receiving any error messages?
• Also, does the app only work when you're offline? Or, are you having trouble listening offline where you would normally be able to in the past?
