Problems adding family members to Premium Family account

Hello,

I've been trying to add my kids to my account, which has a Premium Family subscription. I sent them the invitation emails, but when they clicked through and tried to register (with my help), they received a message stating Sorry, we cannot accept your registration. Why isn't this working? Is there an age requirement for Pandora?

The Pandora service is not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen. Unfortunately, we cannot allow children under that age to open or have their own accounts for the Pandora service.

This being said, I have created a ticket with our support team for you.
