RESOLVED: Student verification dropdown list doesn't populate

Hello,

My subscription is over (ads are back on) and I am trying to make my
student account now and the website is being a bit difficult. I rely
heavily on my playlists for sleeping, studying and running so I really hope
we can fix this as quickly as possible. I am on the verification process
and no colleges will pop up at all whether I put "Valencia," or even start
typing University. I think there may be a malfunction on the site. See
image below.

Hoping we can sort this out.

I am trying to renew my student discount but it will not populate a list of colleges so i cannot select anything. If I just try to type in a college it errors.
