I am astonished by this overreach. Just give methe 3 free months. My accounts have been hacked twice.

I upgraded my account to the pandora plus with a free trial but the trial hasn’t been applied to my account. I tried signing out and back in and even deleted the app and reinstalled it, and it did nothing.

@LordRagnar I moved your post over to this existing thread: Still hearing ads with Pandora Plus

I do see that your account is upgraded to Pandora Plus.

This being said, it looks like advertisements are getting triggered when you attempt to stream on demand content.

Since the ability to stream content on demand is only an option with Pandora Premium, you will first need to watch an ad in order to do so with your Pandora Plus subscription.

For a complete explanation, check out the accepted solution to this thread.

Hope this helps!

Content disappears when Premium Access ends:

To clarify, it looks like your account is currently set up with Pandora Plus. Collecting content (such as individual songs) is only an option when upgrading to Pandora Premium.

I had our support team take a look at your account, and it appears you have been enabling free sessions of Pandora Premium by watching an ad.

This is what was allowing you to collect songs.

When these free sessions of Pandora Premium end, your account reverts back to the free service, and you no longer have access to that on-demand content.

That would confirm why that content was no longer showing in your collection at the end of those Premium sessions.

For a complete explanation of how Pandora Premium sessions work, check out the accepted solution to this thread.

Hope this helps!

That was all confusing. It made no sense at all and I will immediately cancel my Pandora plus subscription because I don't see the advantage of having it over the free subscription.

@carolkuschel While I do see you signed up for a 30-day trial to Pandora Plus, it looks like when the trial ended, your account reverted back to the free service.

No charges have been made from what I am seeing.

To clarify, have you recently been charged for a subscription?

Let me know.

I've upgraded from the free version of Pandora to Pandora Plus yet when I click to play a song, I'm greeted with a pop up saying "You love Pandora Premium! But you've hit a temporary limit. Keep enjoying stations and podcasts for free or upgrade to continue." If I press "Keep Listening", nothing happens and my music doesn't play. If I try again, the same things happens. I've already confirmed that my payment has gone through for this month yet I can't listen to any music. Why am I paying for an ad-free experience but I can't listen to music, period. How do I fix this?

@nolanriden Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Thanks for working with me on this.

Hello!

I signed up for a 30-day free trial subscription with Pandora Plus and I'm still getting ads. Can anyone explain to me why I would still be getting ads?

Thank you

This message has appeared on both my computer and my phone. When on my computer, I'm using google, listening through the website, and when on my phone (Moto G Power 2022), I'm listening through the app. There is no other error message or notification other than the one shown below when I attempt to listen to music. Hopefully you can help fix this issue of me paying for Pandora Plus yet still having to listen to ads to listen.
