Subscribed to Plus but receiving notifications to watch ads or subscribe to premium.

Occurs a few times a week. Hard to capture a screenshot as I try but nothing happens. Have the new iPhone 16 Pro. Yesterday tried to add a new channel and was asked to play the ad for ad free playing. No other choice unless I decline but cannot add.  At least one a week I receive a notice to upgrade to Premium to stop ads.

@lorrykirk You should be able to create a station without having to watch an ad.

When creating a station, search for the artist or band you want to listen to, sort by STATIONS at the top of the screen, and press on the play icon next to the station you want to play.

I understand you mentioned it is hard to capture a screenshot of what is happening, however if you continue to run into issues, a screenshot would be helpful for me to see on my end.

If you are prompted to watch another ad when trying to create a station with the steps I provided above, can you please send me a screenshot of the station you are trying to create?
